That's really interesting that you say that because TradeDispenser is the "automated program to provide items (sometimes received money) through automated transaction & discussion/whispers". And I was never online anywhere close to 24/7 nor did I have that capability without sitting in front of my PC.
There was no 3rd party program. If so then wouldn't the Warden have banned me in an hour? A day? A week? What was the program? You always reference this mysterious 3rd party software but refuse to tell me what it was. I was never online anywhere near 24/7. I was online a lot, but most of us are.
So yes, according to the post referenced in my account issues thread Viper himself has stated that all of the functions of TradeDispenser are 90% of the reason I was banned. The other 10% are a complete mystery. Being banned is fine, I've accepted it. You had to ban me to save face and now I've unjustly been labeled an exploiter. What is ridiculous to me is that obviously no staff member that ruled on my case even bothered to read what the addon does. It's quite evident just by reading all the staff responses to the issue. You're all over the place, get your shit together.
