It definitely does not give that prompt. Or at least it doesn't if you use LazyPig. I buy things through COD all the time and I NEVER get prompts. There is a reason this scam was developed, because it is easy to fall for.
In response to the guy saying "whoever falls for this is a retard blah blah the scammer has shitty grammar what is so hard about the english language?" This is an international server, MOST of the population doesn't speak English natively. Not everyone lives a life exactly like your own.

I got scammed for 90g by some guy named affirmation. I got excited because i was expecting to receive 90g and didn't read the letter until after i was missing gold in my inventory. Whoever did this illiterate and needs to be banned!!! please don't fall for this scam!!!
