Most guilds do not appreciate it when a player of theirs raids with another guild. The default punishment for a person doing that in our guild is a demotion.

It sounds to me like you should have left before then. Plenty of nicer guilds could have used you I'm sure. Even if it means setting back your own progression, it may be better to just move in the long run. A fresh guild means you can secure slots or good leadership early. When I was dumped out of Clan Thunder for different BS than yours; I haven't missed it since. Things immediately looked nicer in the new guild I moved to, despite having to wait for them to learn content I already had on weekly farm status. The thing is, all this drama isn't necessary anymore. That's what some of these old people with old fashioned brains don't realize. There is no time limit to an expansion coming out that'll end your progress. Unless we're shutdown for other reasons, you could take 5 years to do raid tiers. This server is and always will be 1.12. No reason to be in a hurry means you don't need to be impatient, and you don't need to put up with a corrupt guild's BS.

I wouldn't call it corrupt. The guild functions on a Loot Council system, and it actually works well and is fair.

You mean Axiom, or CT? Given what you've said, it sounds like they both are. But these words you use are none that I would use to describe Loot Council. The first guild I was foolish enough to try it with will have been the last. The only reasons I even tried it, despite being an obviously bad system, is because I wasn't picky enough with joining a guild, and that I'm always for trying new things, smart or not. My Rogue has all 3 reflector trinkets, and my Hunter has an arcanite reaper. Not sure you'd say any of this was smart use of gold. But I do enjoy swinging my reaper around in BGs.

June 16th, 2015. My first raid with my new guild after being kicked from Blacklisted..

i heard so much funny shit about axiom already i hope it never ends

So I was thinking of making the Frostwolf Clan a raiding guild, which of course demands attendance at city raids/world PvP events. But looking at all this drama that may go on, and me my self having no experience at all at leading pve raids I'm not sure what to do. Its just that many people, including some from my own guild which I try to spread my own ideals, still value gear.

The idea of, for example doing a ZG raid with guild before heading to stormwind sounds attractive, but having to pick certain classes and specializations will make it harder to be any success at all.

If I was to make my guild do raids, I would literally pass on all loot that someone else would need, but perhaps prioritize gear for those who have highest ranks in my guild (participate in more world PvP raids). Not sure if its a good idea, just made a thought.
