Here is my main issue. I do not have all the time in the world to play Nostralius. I fucking love Nost, but I can't play 24/7 like a lot of people on here do. I have work, school, a girlfriend, and more. My time is limited. I understand it's a free service and I'm very appreciative of that, but time is valuable. Some people couldn't even play yesterday and that was a day they can sit down and enjoy Nost. Not only were the servers down, but the communication was very poor and lackluster, leaving people confused and angry. That does not help.
May I suggest next time at least do a sticky with at least a "we're on it". It will solve a lot of people's frustrations. Even a bullshit sticky to tell us you are aware of the issue. That is all I or we in this case, ask.
Moving forward if we want to continue a strong base here, communication with your base is important and necessary. This is one of the main reasons why people hate Blizzard today. They do not talk to their players.
