I've noticed the sorting error too.
Ever since the server restart for PvP Ranks all auctions are only time-left-sorted by page and not by all available auctions.
This is definitely not an Addon problem but a Server-side problem.
It may be a bug or it was intentionally changed? It would be nice to get a response from an Admin on this!
