Disharmony of Flame (also on Nost, Disharmony of Fire) are the pre-req's for the What is Going On quests which reward the caster ring. As far as I know, there's only the level requirement for the LBRS quest to start Ony attune. You can try doing a few BRD quess to see if that helps or simply put in a ticket to a GM.

Hey

I understand to start the Ony attument you must speak to the warlord ontop of the tower in Kargarth,
however no matter how many times i click on him he only repeats the first conversation and i have no way of getting the letter to start the quest.

Any ideas?

This is where it all begins, at level 55. You talk to Warlord Goretooth at the top of the tower in Kargath in Badlands, except you need to actually *talk* to him - he's got a conversation line you can follow through (around 6 pages or so) before he'll give you Warlord Goretooth's Command, which starts the quest Warlord's Command.

Have done it twice on separate toons several months apart (last time was about a week ago) and both are required, other people have noticed the same thing. gg if you didn't have to, but if you kill Pyron for the first quest & Commander Gor'shak quest doesn't appear, try doing the next part to kill Incendius.

experienced not being able to accept it before level 60 however nothing of the rest, I guess it's just buggy in general w/e^^

I am still stuck on this and unable to have the conversation with the guy to get the LBRS quest.
I have just done disharmony of flame with no luck.

Its from the same NPC so maybe after you do that its possible?
