Multi/Dualboxing allowed or not?

Professions as in crafting only and not gathering? Because if gathering, using two separate clients and accounts could technically be considered multiboxing only you're focusing at one task at a time.
If that is correct and allowed, my next question would be, why would not powerboosting be allowed?

Multi-boxing outside of using Professions and banking while in a major city, is not allowed. You're wasting your time and breath trying to argue. We're players here. Not GMs. If you want to fight this, or instant "No. Leveling while multibox = Ban" Then, messaged a GM on the forums or in-game.

I just read the ToS and that actually answered my questions.
Allowed;

Transferring items between accounts;
Using professions, as long as no farming or material gathering is involved;
Crafting, enchanting, banking and/or for trading purposes that does not include the Auction House.

So no gathering then.

Gussman, don't try to invent excuses to multibox.

You are allowed to log an alt to perform for example banking or enchanting for another character. When you are done, you must log off again (i.e. no /follow, no mob tagging, no cross faction communication and no afk'ing to check vein spawn, mob spawn, instances or whatever else you could come up with).
