All you have to do is use all your warriors to be on top of the list on threat in the start. Whenever he starts hitting a dps warrior, tell them to put on a shield and use shieldwall. It is a good time for all dps to use their cooldowns when he is on the last warrior. Whenever he starts going after a mage or whatever, all you have to do is kite him around the altar temples bridges. And keep getting poisoned for the blood siphon. If people don't fail with kiting you can slowly whittle him down with blood siphons and the moments a tank has aggro again you can use the cds and burst. Takes around 6-8 min this way.

This is the easy way to do it if you don't have the gear to burn him down fast.

u mean around the place? Interesting! The thing with the "don´t care for aggro, we have at least 3-4 warris" I already assumed and raidlogs of kills sayin all go ham like shiiit with a killtime of around 3-5 minutes

Also, he should reset whenever you try to run out of the altar, past the stairs. It kinda helps to kite with the current state of the boss, but it should be fixed too.

After you are out of the mind control you leave combat for a second, that's why you lose all your threat. It should not happen in a boss fight.

We we able to down Hakkar using a similar method. It is doable, but still a major problem.
