PVP Faction Reputation Rewards

I dug further with the Waybackmachine.
It seems the basic PvP vendor's started offering the PvP rewards in 1.4

However, none of the BG specific vendors offered anything until 1.5 seeing as BG's weren't introduced until 1.5 What are WSG, AV, and AB supply officers offering right now on Nost?

it is only a theory by mine,


i think the staff waits with the release of pvp rewards (both rep and ranks) until some time after MC is clear, otherwise you would be able to farm gear which is cleary better then most of the MC gear, before u would even face ragnaros the first time. (implying dousing is required)

in special AV rep you're going to get exalted in no time.
