Yes, exactly as I said before. I am not implying anything more or less.

But doesn't that sound a bit naive? It would be almost just as time-consuming to simply just tab into the given window and see if the boss was standing in the horizon or had yelled anything in the chat-box. I might just be super skeptical here, but that really sounds too good to be true :P

Second statement say it is allowed.
How is that not a lack of consistency?

You're forgetting this statement, then? Why is it only now you care for "consistency"?

It's a joke reading all this salt from Horde kids who let Alliance kill a boss that spawns inside your capital city for 5 months because no one cba to put in any effort. Now you've been gifted 2.5 months worth of welfare Azu kills in a single week and here you are crying still.

and that's exactly how most world bosses are scouted ^

There is no magic trick, scouting is a shitty, boring and uneventful job and nobody likes doing it. It is literally just standing in the zone watching a show on a second screen, or tabbing every now and then from reading butthurt posts on the forums to check if the boss is up.
The only difference is that tryhard guilds will do it anyway because they just want the loot badly. Which results into many people calling them cheaters or botters.

Just because someone puts more effort and time into something than you're prepared to do, doesn't mean they're cheating.

If you think a specific character is botting / cheating, we will take action against that character if you report it and have proof. Without specific character names and evidence, everything else is pointless and harmful speculation. This is our stance on all cheating and is no different for any player or any guild. The Core team, who establishes and interprets the Terms of Use, have no 'skin in the game' whatsoever on the live servers so the idea that we give favoritism to anyone is foolishness.

This answer has been given multiple times decisively.
