First off, age doesn't matter. A 15 year old can be a more mature and overall better person than even 40 year old (from my personal experience)
Second off, I don't see much point behind complaining about the Red Dawn or any of it's activities. Don't like it? Don't mind it. If i was in Voro's place i would feel pity for you. You're such a little rat bashing a person that actually achieved something. This guild is probably the best PvP guild on this server (talking about fun not skill, although fun is subjective).
