Very bad idea to allow both factions on one account. I understand it's hard to stop people from making 2 accounts, but people should at least have to go through the hassle of switching between accounts.

it's actually more hassle to switch between two characters on the same account then it is to switch between characters on two different accounts (as you can just leave them both logged in and switch windows when needed)
