Thank you, that sums it up. See, we're getting to a point where we're so convinced that the server is going to crash that we stop losing interest.

All I wanted to know was if I was the only one feeling that way. I came here, expecting to find the forum flooded with complaints about crashes and I found literally none. The point of the thread was to complain and bitch and moan.

1. Reschedule the raid if 12k people are on

3. Wait until clustering (no eta so that could be a while)

Yeah we'll all quit our jobs and/or studies and raid at 7 in the morning.
You know why primetime is when it is, right? There's a life beyond wow, I know it's shocking, but it's true. People get off work, off school, done with dinner and then they log on to play. If the server is up. Simply not raiding until clustering is done is not really a solution either. It could take months.

Any ideas that don't involve unrealistic circumstances? I'm all ears.

What did you expect? You can either accept the problems that come with raiding when everyone else likes to raid or you can change your schedule. I'm sorry you can't afford good Internet/have a shitty job and you DC all the time, but these are the types of answers you get when you make a post to bitch and moan

Thank you, that was very helpful. I'm not the most technical of guys, so can you please explain to me, in a language that I understand, how my shitty internet can cause server crashes?

I'm afraid I still don't get it. I'm stupid, as you say. I typically play with either teamspeak or skype active and somehow those two are never affected by my disconnects. This means that I am also able to communicate with my friends who are also disconnected. We are from a long list of countries and obviously have different ISPs, yet we still disconnect within a few seconds of each other and are unable to log on for a couple of minutes. They are poor and stupid too, but some of them have very good internet.

Create a new PvP server and migrate all the chinese there. Should be two balanced servers after that and problem solved.
