Guild chat should NOT be moderated, it never has by Blizzard and never should either, its a private channel, if you don't like what's being said then leave the damn guild or get the offensive person kicked.

Why do people insist on making every-fucking-thing GM moderated when you are choosing to be in the guild or not kick the members of the guild. Have you even spoke to the officers of the guild to form a complaint?

There is no "forcing" if you ignore the people inviting you. If the guild uses multiple people to spam invite you, submit a ticket because that is considered harassment. If you stay in the guild, you are choosing to join them. Simple. As. That.

That depends very much on the Nos terms of use. If the guild is violating those, then action can be taken. You have no right to free speech on this server, only what the server admins allow you to have.

You have freedom of speech in the private channels because you have the choice to leave if you're a visitor or kick/ban if you're a moderator/owner or guild master/officer. You will not have freedom of speech in world if it becomes a server channel instead of a private, player-managed channel.

That makes things clearer. I'm inclined to agree. Whilst I'm not as aggressive as others when it comes to spoon-feeding, having an open deathmatch world channel seems like sub-par managment at best.
