Remember, combat logs tend to not log in the right order. That is what I've noticed at least (I think retail did the same)

Well unless there's a video proof, that it can happen without one of the players having 3 secs delay (ie being an Aussie with idiots as housemates, who said that's me?!), then I won't take your word for it. I've always seen casts going even if I stunned "for me" far before it should have gone.

I'm in aus with 350ms~ and I never get 3 second delays.
Pretty sure 350ms should equal around 0.35 of a second.
If what OP is saying is true then this is extremely game breaking and not blizzlike.

Not to sound like a major douche, but it's actually blizzlike.
Although I would like to see it fixed. Even though I do love casting Frost Shocks after getting stunned.
I remember this happening all the time on retail, though. So I'm used to it.
