Why am I banned from World Chat?

This guy is a 17 year old child, his banned the entire Grizzly guild because someone in his guild banned him at somepoint.

Hi claims his made a "pact" with several people, a few trolls like "Vdo" and "Oi".

Oi has been banned by several mod's and owner's of the world chat for continiously trolling the chat, typing non sense and being obnoxious to other people.

I've given him multiple warnings and even unbanned him, yet he keeps coming back to troll the chat.
His in ogtucker's pact and aparantly they give each other mod who ever gets in power. They bann people, entire guilds including me out of spite and on whims,

Ogtucker, Vdo and Oi are causing much aggrevasion to the world chat and a GM should probably look in to this. While they may not be breaking any rules for banning people from a private chat channel, someone will consider what they are doing harassment, and may be viewed as.

They cannot be reasoned with, ogtucker is a 17 year old child with no knowledge of responsibility. There's probably a good reason why Grizzly kept banning him for a whole week.

It would be nice if GM's looked into moderating this chat from a natural standpoint, in stead of letting anyone and everyone randomly given moderator privileges causing much headache and aggrevasion to people.

I only ban two people and it's precisely because they abuse their powers whenever they somehow get mod. You whisper people you disagree with politically and threaten them, or just ban them outright. You appear to get some sort of sick validation from trying to make people grovel to you in whispers. It's as pathetic as it is totalitarian and cancerous and I will continue to ban you on sight every chance I get for the sake of everyone on nostralrius.

Also, you call people trolls for saying words you don't like - but who is asking me to go to instances and then saying "not you ^^" when I agree and start heading over? Get your definitions straightened out and grow up.

It's obviously out of context, that tiny bit is just a small part of a very long and tidious conversation, I must admit I was very aggrevated by ogtucker, trying to reason with him, repeating my self, even dumbing down my own language just so he might actualy understand. However my points are valid and still stand.
