Hands down TF was the best weapon for holding aggro esp AoE, ...strictly speaking stat wise you are correct.
But I used it through AQ40 into Naxx
Towards the end of vanilla (we never finished Naxx) I'd use it to pull then swap once I had sufficient aggro.

If a BoE mace worth 250-500g drops in your group I'd advise you to roll need on it, you'd be stupid not to.

I'm sorry, but since when is needing on an item that the ENTIRE group of people has access to rolling on considered a ninja?

How to decide if this was a 'real' ninja:

1. Were loot rules established at the beginning of the instance stating any BOE's will go to that specific class?
- No

2. Was the loot changed to Master Loot and then given directly to the player in question without people given a chance to roll?
- No

Sorry but, this does not fit the defined term as 'ninja'. Just butthurt players losing on item rolls, as usual.

that mace is Not BIS for end game tanks as this patch our tanks can easily reach over 440 defense without it nor do we need it for raiding.

we never received it either from him so we will update you on the issue once its resolved.
