Be real...the server is in a very bad shape.
The only positive thing is "population"...when that's gone...you will have nothing.

The server has about 6,5k players. One player leaving is nothing.

Yes, everything else you listed is a major issue and will certainly cause the downfall of the entire server, especially some mobs not entering water.

Retaliation attack getting dodged not activating overpower? Jesus christ, that's a huge dealbreaker - a minor bug on a 30minute cooldown that gets barely used @60? Oh fuck.

Learning an ability and not getting it even tho u lose gold? Wow, even though this has never happened to me, I'm just gonna quit playing now, no way i can handle playing with such major bugs around.

They released the server too quickly and without a beta just so they could beat Kronos to the punch, simple as. What they could have done is actually had a long open beta so people could determine this shit was bugged and it could be fixed so it didn't fuck with the actual release.

Like i said elsewhere.
Nostalrius rushed hard to "beat" kronos, so we got a server with hundreds of stock mangos bugs still on.
They fixed flashy stuff like certain quests and lolPyrewood Village to make stuff look good.

Now also Kronos will rush even harder and also probably be a mess.

Nobody wins.
