I checked and both the decks and the necks were introduced in 1.6. Im gonna say we porbably wont have these in the game but you never know. Guess we'll see tomorrow.

Doesn't matter, this server isn't 1.4, it's cherry picked what to include/disclude atm.

Since rank9 evisc is being removed they might as well remove all the other stuff that doesn't exist in 1.4 like decks (but they won't)

seen a lot of claims that rank 9 evisc shouldn't exist but I don't know why, could you explain when it was added?

assuming it was added to the drop tables in a later patch than 1.4?

On that note. Can we change Spirit of Aquamentas to the correct stats? It's supposed to be 20 dmg/heal. Not 25 reduced mana (which it was until 1.3 came out) since this green is by far the best offhand in the game.
