It was a rather stupid question.

No it certainly is not (although it could be narrowed down to personal preference, if levelling is all you do, fair enough, levelling is just a boring barrier for raiders). It's one of the worst things about vanilla.

I've had nothing to do with what WoW is today. I don't give them feedback, I don't complain on their forums, I just play their game giving zero feedback.

Thanks for thinking I was in a position of power though :)

Honestly after people going afk for 30 minutes during an ubrs run, or leaving the group after the first wipe, I kinda miss dungeon finder and kicking people from the group and instantly replaced with someone.

Also, at least until later levels, grinding is often more efficient and less taxing.
Find a good spot, put on some netflix, and grind it out - you'll be poppin' levels every hour and a half at your level, making more gold, and you can do something else while you do it.

No it is absolutely not. I have been playing for years in vanilla , first on retail, then on private projects. In all that time I spend maybe 5% of the time leveling. I was never keen on starting new alts because my main character always had so much to do that I rarely got bored.

PS I mean x1 realms. I also played on ED with you in the same guild even :) (although due to lvl difference we never played together)

I have played several vanilla projects but never got to enjoy the lower levels like i did back in the day. I dont honestly mind leveling, it just feels endless at this point. But thank you to all who have replied and for not flaming and stuff. Its appreciated.

In my personal opinion (yes i bring a personal opinion to the Internet, yes nobody give a f* and yes i hate u all but my mum love me and say i'm beautiful wich is nice), lowers levels are always the same special awesome kind of magic feeling for the new toons.

You just discover and rediscover the world, the lovely peace of starters zones (aaah WestMarch, Teldrassil, The Barrens... atmosphere and soundtrack) where nothing actually matters but fun, thousands of newbs running half naked with ridiculous butter knifes through the world ... This occurs for the [ 1 - 20 ] levels.

Then levelling go darker and darker as you power up ; everybody just think of his personal stats and profits, mounts make you more alone, quest taken in STV make you kill 400x Devils Ants in a overcrowded unfair-pvp genocide zone and give back in Winthersprings, while you actually play 12h for 1 level.

The solution is ; DON'T CARING on being 60 as fast as possible !
Up your main professions. Fish a bit ; it changes and actually bring money if u know how to do it. Make battlegrounds. Socialize !

Apply this and your levelling, even if 2x longer, will paradoxically feel 2x shorter (than off-brain overgrinding for example) ! :D
Cheer up, adventurer ;)
