No big deal, I'll make it my goal to grief hunters. Take every single ranged weapon and if there's a rare pet spawn I'll make sure I kill it right in front of them.

The real issue isn't the item it's the mentality.
After 10 years you would think these people would get a clue.... the information is out there but greedy people still exist.
In the long run take comfort in the fact that if they don't change they will hit a road block in this game.

My suggestion
Don't stoop to their level (I know you wanna) you don't want to be associated with those types of players.

Oh no I understand. I just ran it with my guild and no one ninja'd it. So I got it, such a huge upgrade. I find it so hard to not do this to hunters. It was a huge problem all through vanilla through wrath. I try to be fair to everyone but it just end up getting screwed in the end.
