Almost everyone I have grouped with in game have been good people (alliance side). Unfortunately it is the obnoxious few trolls on the forums and general chat who paint the larger community in a bad light.

A completely free to play MMORPG opens the floodgates to all the prepubescants...add WoW to the formula and you get ever more scum. EU kiddies seem to overpopulate the realm as well. it is the perfect storm.

There's the occasional asshole in General but even that's mostly focused in lower zones. So far it seems to be roughly the same ratio of decent people versus pricks that it was on retail back in the day.

Simply "/ignore playername" and move on
