Bad players is individual case, even though I'm not chinese I can name you a couple that are not bad players at all and actually are really nice guys. So stop the hate and form the premade for bgs, that will hopefuly ease your pain.

I play with a Chinese guy daily and I help him with his English, we can communicate just fine.

Nonsense. English is pretty much the international standard for a "Common language". Anyone wanting to participate in any sort of international venture should be able to communicate with it. At least for the basics. Whether you're a backpacking traveller or an exchange student or "just" playing games over the Internet. Furthermore, Nostalrius is officially an English language server even if it is hosted in France and English is the only language allowed in the forums and in public chat on the server:

What is the official language on the server?

English, english, and english. No other language shall be allowed on forum and public channels. It's an important rule to us, and we'll be very attentive to the behaviour of our players regarding this rule.

Not true. I met a Chinese player over in Emerald Dream that explained Pinyin to me.
Pinyin, or Hanyu Pinyin, is the official phonetic system for transcribing the Mandarin pronunciations of Chinese characters into the Latin alphabet in the People's Republic of China, Taiwan (Republic of China),[1] and Singapore. It is often used to teach Standard Chinese and a pinyin without diacritic markers is often used in foreign publications to spell Chinese names familiar to non-Chinese and may be used as an input method to enter Chinese characters into computers.

"Taiwan (Republic of China)"

So lame! I actually studied with some Chinese and Taiwanese students during my exchange time. And when the Taiwanese students introduced themselves as being from Taiwan, the Chinese would openly respond with "you are not from Taiwan, you are from China". Very annoying behaviour.

The Taiwanese students were actually very open and always hung out with the other international students. But the Chinese students only socialized with each other (with 1 exception, out of a total of like 30 Chinese students). Can't say I got a very positive image of Chinese people there. And that is being confirmed by my experience with them in the bg's on Nostalrius.

Chinese language can't be learnt without 2 things:
1. Mastering the tones
2. Remembering the characters
You have to be fluent with both of them if you seriously want to learn Mandarin Chinese. It is a bit difficult but keep working.

Chinese guilds on Horde are keep Hope, Blood and Honor, PLA, and Myth
I don't know much more there could be more. I've ran an UBRS with Myth before and their ubrs was fast even if I was top on dps as a 2/1/48 mage. It was better than most pugs that spoke all English, probably because all of the Chinese people could communicate together and get it done easier, while I was the only one that spoke English and one person from Myth who wasn't that fluent with it. I've seen that they're bad when it comes to bging but oh well.
