Well yeah, their purpose is to find exploits. jk, it's to play with a couple hundred slavs and pretend like they're doing an actual beta with their college-boy slav scripter. Why do people even visit those forums at all now. Kronos doesn't even appear on vanilla wow search engine searches anymore.

everyone will be playing on a newly released server during that time.

The thing is, that on their percentage bar thing, the classes aren't even fully debugged yet... And the dungeons aren't even finished. Makes you think about what else is bugged...
At least i know Nost will be good, cos i played on it for years before!

and beta tested for months too to make sure it works.. by hundreds of testers..

I occasionally browse their forums, and it seems like a lot of their members felt that they needed something, or they were leaving. Although it's nothing as good as a full release like Nos, at least they are getting something.

However, I feel that some of their members will understand that a release > open beta, and it will bring more to Nos, which is good for us!

Exactly. It's not that i don't trust the team of testers at Kronos, it's just that unless they are ex blizzard employees that know everything about vanilla wow, it's impossible to correct bugs with a group of 5 people. Especially for really important things like dungeons, raids, events, etc. Also, apart from a couple of videos of Kronos, there is nothing at all that proves it's great. Some videos of fixes that nost had done years before the end of the last beta? I'm not convinced :/

yeah I know its good for Nostalrius, but still. you need lots of time and testing to be done before saying "ok its good" you saw how Nostalrius handled it and they did it very very well! they had direction on what to test. Kronos is just having an Open beta test, no clear test goals.
