True, i sign that.
A good population is really great, no doubt about that.
But a Vanilla was made for about 3-4k people per Server and we peak at more then 8k at the moment, we get the past "max numbers" at off hours.
Every area below lvl 50 is just overrun by people, you have to fight and search for a single questmob for 5-10mins.
Not mentioning the performance drops that all the really overrun area´s cause when playing in them - Delays of 1-2 Secs with max 50ms.
Oh - and think about the annoying 20 Meter-Draw-Distance for Mobs, Items and players.
Im trying to level a new 20+ the last few days, but i just logoff after 1-2 hours fighting for each damn mob that is availabe in the area and stuff like that.
Leveling is a mess and the pure mass of players - as positive and good for the server and its reputation - really affect the gameplay negativly.
Open another server or upgrade the hardware and make the spawn dynamic to the player numbers.
I dont think there is another way as more and more people stream onto the server.
