That's seems really scummy.

As clear as the ninja is, I'm just curious as to what the loot rules were. Just weird looking at the screenshot seeing Conn as master looter. Will add to the OP later, just explain the scenario a bit more please.

We set the party to FFA during Hakkar because he has a spawn event where he summons dragons that drop blood.

This blood is used to put out fires so you can finish his event.

Groups generally set the looting to FFA at this point to assist with picking up the blood, and putting out the fires quickly.

As such after we downed the boss he just ran up, took the epic and then took his quest item as seen in the image, then said nothing at all. Then was promptly kicked from the group.

I really did not want to have to make a forum account for petty forum drama, but people are hopping on the bandwagon in worldchat, so I can't find a group.

Samsta tried to recruit me into his guild earlier in the day before we ran ST. We were joking around, I was telling him plays aren't big enough, wasn't going to leave my guild, he then mentioned liking Big Plays, I must like big dicks. I thought it was all in good fun, then he screencaps his part of the conversation, posts in on 4chan's /vg/ /wpsg/ as a tripfag, as if it's some sort of serious argument and he's a wisecracker or something.

I was friends with a hunter in Malicious intent before this, and was looking for a group for ST, he mentions hes getting one together with his guildies, I come, Samsta, an MI Mage, an MI hunter, and a level 50 warrior are there. Samsta starts abusing the warrior about two minutes in, kicks him out, "Going to find someone who actually knows how to tank." I had hopped in their teamspeak for a little bit, and apparently once I left, Samsta was trying to kick me out constantly, but the other three in the group were defending me in TS.

We tried Hakkar, but it bugged for us, so we ran the entire dungeon, then came back to it to try again. The loot is turned on to FFA so anyone can loot the hakkari blood to put out the braziers. We kill Hakkar, the loot is still on FFA, I Shift-loot him, not knowing what's inside, but I wanted the egg for my quest. Here's where I admittedly did wrong, but it was wholey accidental, and contrary to what Samsta says, (me saying nothing, wordlessly being kicked), the bind-on-loot thing appeared, but again, I had no idea what I was actually looting, and assumed it would not give me the loot or whatever because it had to be rolled for. But, loot was on FFA, so it just went straight into my inventory. I apologized profusely, and ended up submitting two tickets to the GM's (One under items, and one under Stuck, to ensure I get a response). While waiting for a response, rather than LEAVING, as he lies, I stuck around for 2-3 more runs on Hakkar to get everyone their quest, and apparently Samsta was in a festering rage of sort back in their teamspeak. It's understandable, and I did whatever I could to get him his item after the accident, but lying about me and trying to slander is completely petty and baseless. Day after, I get a response from the GM ticket. They tell me about how they understand it's a rare drop and all, but they aren't going to swap the item from me to him. So, at that point, I vendored it (for 2 gold, why would I intentionally ninja something worth 2 gold when certain grays are worth up to 5). A few hours later, I get a message from the hunter in the group in ST that Samsta lied about me and put me in the thread here. I didn't really care, but apparently a bunch of randoms on world chat do, so now I can't find a group for scholo.

I have three people in the group (everyone BUT Samsta) to vouch for me, the hunter which was kicked out of his guild for not having "undying loyalty" to him. I also deleted the message I got from the GM's (It was before I was told about this thread), but am going to message them and ask for confirmation that I did in fact ask for an item swap, if vouching from the other three is not enough evidence (when he has only provided a cherrypicked image and lies).

I'd ask that you remove me from this thread, and to take it a step further, although this might be too much, either make a new thread or add a section for people who falsely report ninjas.

The case of Crow ninja Looting the chest piece from ST is currently under personal investigation as there may me more to this story than meets the eye. I've updated the OP to reflect as such until this unfolds
