The reason I ask is that from this screenshot you can't determine whether the item was reserved without informing others, and therefore ninja'd, like the poster states. Or that this is a stupid mistake by the masterlooter.

Zalli from Winter Chill ninjaed Lady Maye's Pendant, refused to reroll it and stayed silent. After 20 minutes of discussion, and our retarded lead not kicking him, we pulled Rend (wiped on Rend and could engage him right away), he also ninjaed MH sword as tank without participating in the fight and hearthed after that.
Screenshots missing cause I was too slow and it happened mid fight in the arena, you can not believe me and run with him, good luck.

First, if Teebu drops what would u do ? Wont u NEED it to sell for 1k+ gold ? Or will u press greed and for sure lose it. Here is the same @Lady Maye's Pendant is World drop neck and if u would have a screenshot everyone could see that needed EVERYONE from that raid for that neck, but u blaming only one guy who WON it for sell ofc.
