Can only give you reserve spot for now, try to improve your frost damage to near 300. Wand (AV), Wrist (Boe world) and maybe other neck and shoulders are obvious solutions.

Got the AV Wand today, bracers and shoulders will be my top priority before friday, and enchants ofc. (30sp staff first), atm i have +264 frost dmg (and when i get +30sp on 2h=294).
