It takes a genius to spot that the words speedrun or speedruns were used in all posts (or were they?) but I clearly meant that other than the same words being used and that all 3 were about the same general idea what is your link as in what contradicts what?. Considering you keep going on about contradiction I wanted to understand how your brain processed the 3 comments to have this.
My post talks of how we have only once been told "lets get the fastest clear on the server" and that week we failed.
Nikoru's post talks of how the run we did this week wasn't a speedrun and that is also true, no talk of speed was there before or during the raid we just cleared it well and everyone was surprised we had the record.
Stalk mentions speedrunS, we have done a few.. Each time trying to beat our last one by a little bit so we could feel progress as a newly merged guild.
So your idea is that because one person used the plural word of speedrun that every run ever we have done of MC must have been a speedrun in which we tried to get the fastest clear? Great theory and great job on picking out a fucking letter of a post and shitting out some story about it. Starting an argument over one letter, confirmed autism.
You can't be doing a regular fast run and a legit speedrun at the same time, it's one or the other.
Which means it's either a contradiction or you being a clueless twat who can't differentiate between the two.

A speedrun is when you use pretty much anything that can boost your speed in order to blitz through the instance. Since DMF has been patched out, that is obviously not included.
The fact that you guys even imply this wasn't a speedrun is ridiculous though.
Flasks have a direct impact on casters dps, so I will take them as an example.
On Golemagg (a nice and easy Frostbolt/Shadowbolt spam boss) you have a warlock pulling 710 single target dps and multiple other casters breaking the 500 barrier, anyone with half a brain would know they obviously are flasked.
On top of breaking the overall time record, you also set the speed record on 6 bosses and you guys somehow want people to believe you didn't even try?
Anyways, all jokes aside, I wasn't completely sure if you guys were doing this as a trolling attempt, but since you guys toned down the whole "troll attitude" and started responding in a serious manner, it has become clear to me that you guys actually consider this to be an extraordinary achievement.
I now got what I wanted, so I probably won't repond any further if you guys come up with any other far-fetched explanations.

What makes you believe we won't break the record
8 resets and consecutively faster clears every week. I'm fairly sure we can push sub 40 runs given the time of our normal runs.And you're right, the time is nothing special. It's not a freaking fast time or anything like that but just from a regular clear (our casters flask every raid so there is no difference you see). The reason I found myself expecting fast runs next resets is because tons of comments here is displaying a massive need for the skittles. You can't get skittles before you done something!
