Since you haven't done the fight I'll explain it for you.

There is two ways to get the bugged hp and damage. Either you get five debuffs, get the extra hp and damage but you do not get transformed for whatever reason. Second way is to scatter shot.
Now, out of these two options, there is one where you actively choose to bug it, and one where the fight does it for you.

to be honest im not upset in the slightest against nope, like 17 friends on my list are a member of the guild. I'm upset that chromag was released with that gamebreaking bug when I streamed, categorized it and our officers wrote up tickets stating what was wrong and how it could be used to exploit. If the scripters needed another week to fix Chromag and Nef they should have taken it.

+1, was already confirmed on PTR and how bad of an exploit it could be, regardless of how "fast" afflictions were happening. meaning this can be done week 1 on a working chromaggus as well.

it's ok though, lets blame PTR guilds for not reporting this.

Atleast Nope approached the issue well and reported it (including the ridiculously fast affliction rate) before it spun out of control.


P.S. Nost devs should take more measures when we show them an exploit on PTR. it could be abused on Live realm you know.

so ur entire melee got 5 debuffs and didnt transform and started doing 500% dmg and u didnt stop
then u wiped

I don't know Slipry and got no association with him, all I can say is he has a valid point. Procto claimed you almost killed Chrom without the exploit (Intentionally or unintentionally is besides the point) and Slipry shut him down.

I didn't say anything about you guys knowingly triggering the exploit, you did however choose not to stop once it fell into your lap in abundance
