Because the explanation that people are honestly concerned about this behaviour from the GMs isn't reasonable in your mind?

I know noone who got banned. I didn't get banned. I haven't even played AV yet on this server. Still, I'm on the side of the people who got banned. I don't like GMs who hand out bannings for terrible reasons and that is how this affects me. If people do not speak up loudly and clearly against unwarranted bannings then GMs are likely to continue to hand out bannings for very bad reasons in the future, and I do not wish to get banned or have friends banned for bad reasons.

Never ever in the retail vanilla could ppl join AV as a premade raid. I dont care if the script bug which allowed to do so existed in the retail or no, doin so gave them insane advantage and ruined those games for all the rest. 1 week ban and AV rep reset is a totally fair punishment for that. At least ppl can enjoy the pug AVs meanwhile.

Just cut the bs and all the "free the exploiters" campaign plz, kinda tired of seeing that crap all around the forums and ingame.

Arguing that the rules should have spelled out to you the right and wrongs is further proof you lack common sense. It is more than obvious you're cheating by gaining a huge advantage that others aren't receiving by following the rules.

Your ignorance should be an additional bannable offense. My point being, the ban is to display their stance on the matter. They won't tolerate it and if you continue to do so, I would bet you'll continue to be banned while the rest of the server praises the GMs. Nobody wants cheaters in their games.

This issue is 100% about you queerbags being cheaters and the rest of the server having to deal with it. The GMs have clearly stated you are wrong. Fuck off.

They were in the rules of the server which they are obliged to read upon signing up for an account, where it very clearly says what will happen to people who abuse exploits.

Be happy that it wasn't permanent, and move on.

Jesus, what part of 'it's not an exploit' do people not understand? It was allowed by Blizzard. Nos randomly decided it was an exploit.

An exploit which has a 2 minute fix which after three days they haven't fixed. I'd be more concerned about that, and the state BWL will release in if they can't do something simple like that, than anything else in this thread.

It wasn't "allowed" by Blizzard. It was only useable in the game for a very short period of time and instead of banning people for it they fixed it quickly. That doesn't make it any less of an exploit.

Even if they outright said "we're keeping this in the game and not punishing people for using it", it's still an exploit, just one that Blizzard chose not to do anything about. That is not what Nostalrius staff is doing.
