He immediately told me to put himself on the list, showing that he clearly doesn't care about his own reputation, which wouldn't accomplish anything. Your "proof" shows only to me a heated debate by people a little inflamed with passion and anger over the situation, the ticket you have open shows nothing, I as well can open a ticket window and type shit out and take a screenshot, that evidence is worthless and only exists to try to improve upon your character it's easily dismissed, now on to your screenshots which I think only further reinforce that both sides are just more engrossed with their emotions then any form of logic or reason. What we have here is a guild leader feeling betrayed over a lack of siding with him in what he felt was a clear cut case. Did he overstep boundaries here by removing the player in question, maybe but as a guild leader that is his decision and is really not in argument here. The rest of the shit, albeit holy Christ who goes on /vg/ its a fucking cancer board/, is almost all just personal attacks and meaningless drivel. It flat out does not fucking matter, does it show that samsta is a bit of an asshole, sure fucking does. Does that matter? Fuck no it doesn't, it has nothing to do with the debate at hand as is only being thrown on the fire to torch his character in the court of public opinion.

Crow contacted me directly and let me know something was up. Samsta could’ve done the same in response and maybe try to explain his case like a normal human being. Instead he comes up in the thread shouting “wheres ur proof” and gets blown out of the water. He hasn’t made an effort at all to get this resolved, and instead sends his goonies to post in this thread who have shown they have a hard time reading thread titles. And now you’re here playing Captain Save-a-ho because he can’t construct a defense for himself.

I think this argument can be summed up as such, samsta obviously felt your intent was malicious in nature and came to the thread to call you out for it, not realizing that the actual looting was most likely in error and in haste. I also believe this further highlights why this entire thread should not exist as their is always more to the story in real ninja looting and its rarely ever cut and dry. A fucking witch hunt thread, which is exactly what this is, should not exist as it only serves that purpose.

Alternatively, he shouldn’t have lied in the first place, and this wouldn’t have been an issue at all. Is calling out bullshit an offense in this bizarre future we live in? I mean we could always just resort to word of mouth from good old world chat, because we’ve seen how much good comes out of that cesspool. I am more than willing to listen to both sides, but what did Samsta do? I fully allow appeals and for even ground to be made, but he sure hasn’t tried to do that. Everything in this thread can be undone with an agreement, and that’s where calling it a witch hunt fails. I keep this thread updated as much as I can, and if something does get resolved, the person gets removed from the thread, end of story.

Yeah, of course someone who hasn’t been able to get groups after trying their best to repair an admitted fuckup is mad. They did what they could and still get thrown under the bus by someone who refused to take an apology and the time spent to run the dungeon another how many times to try to make up for it.
He also indirectly accuses me of taking bribes, where his cherry picked screen shot that doesn’t take into account the 2 other players on the run who say there’s more to the story and tries to play it off like hes in the right.

You created this thread not to do the community some justice but to elevate yourself above the other players and present yourself as a form of power as well as being a important player on the server, I mean who would not respect the guy that runs the "Ninja Looter" thread with the ability to completely trash your reputation in one fell swoop.

You’re free to think that as much as you want, as I can’t stop you. I’ve received a couple thanks in this thread and I think that’s about it, and that’s all I expect. I’ll be honest and I mentioned previously: I have hardly any tolerance for players like Samsta and people who associate with them.

1. Noone else did.

I guess we disagree here. Writing ninjas off at low levels off as petty doesn’t stop anybody from doing it again or help keep players aware. People are MORE than welcome to discuss accused ninjas in this thread, or with me personally and I’m more than willing to hear both sides. Samsta hasn’t made an effort or responded in a way that makes me feel like he wants to fix anything, but rather just try to save his own ass.
Putting Malicious Intent on the list affects him, as he doesn’t seem to care about his own reputation. You generally want your guild to be perceived as good, and he doesn’t set a good example for anyone.
