Who in their right mind wold pay over 20g for a level 27 blue?

Do you not realize this item can last a healer all the way into their lv50s?

There's a reason why so-called "level xx blues" like Pendelum's Doom sells for 150g, they can be used for a long long time, even outside of twinking reasons.

The way cash flow is for money as a healer (can't AoE farm, takes ages to kill one thing as holy), I would rather keep my Chapeau until Dungeon set and then get the money for Cass grace and not waste money on 3rd BiS.

The main reason is because it is a "low lvl" Item and there are way more players at lower levels and thus the item is pretty common
