Custom client allowed?

Be carefull, modified clients are forbidden for now and can lead to a ban.

Apparently it is possible to use windows Hosts file to do the same thing without touching wow MPQ's.

afaik it's possible to switch the news without manipulating the game files by redirecting the blizz hostnames/ips to nost
