There actually was a special tabard in retail that the first 60 of a server received. Back when I toyed with private servers it was in the database, I wouldn't know if it's still in or programmed to be given out.

since im a casual im gonna make my toon an go of exploring tagged with my alt getting every flighrpoint before i heart back to quest winterspring and moonglade will be tough due to them timbermaws tough and probably not worth the effort... well ill se how far i can get without having to wait too long on the rezztimer. Either way im gonna have fun:-)

I'd give it atleast a month after release to see people in raids. you still need to get attunements, all the classes to 60, tanks geared from 5 and 10 mans. it does take awhile to get people atleast pre-raid geared and ready.

You should consider, that it takes time to level, farm appropriate gear for raiding and clear some stuff. But the most important is, that you are going to need Hydraxian Waterlords repuration (revered or exalted) to get the quintessences for Ragnaros. That is going to take a lot of time. So the first Ragnaros kill will be months away from the release.

How does that take months of time? you can get honored by farming trash and resett id in a couple of sessions then get hands an u all set for next week reset

I'm sure there are people who couldnt hack it on retail and will try to redeem themselves here with constant 20 hour sessions. You know, just like vanilla and all.

But in all seriousness, everything will be faster here. People are smarter, there are less "casuals" since this is a private server, and content just isnt that hard early on.
