No need to download a patch for any content changes. It's only the server that updates.

Personally I like the addition of the "real" epic mounts...if I buy an epic mount I want it to look different than the 60% ones. Taurens, Orcs, Humans, Night Elves can all relate to this.

Added in Patch 1.5 and we're about to see Patch 1.5 (Alterac Valley) come on Saturday. The cloth quartermasters should be in their respective places.
