For months now a small faction of people have been taking advantage of the way vanilla bg's work to farm R14 items, and in the process it has destroyed the pvp community.

You'll need to understand that your behavior is antisocial, and against the best interest of the server. Just because it is possible to do it doesnt mean that you should.

The fact that Nost stepped in and banned you all for doing it is infact GOOD for the server in general, and outside of the 30-40 highly active forums posters that are going to flame HARD the other 8,960 members of the community are quietly applauding.

All of you destroying the PvP community need to realize the rest of the community would love to see the back of you, so when you flame the server it only makes us hopeful that you'll leave.

Ban them all, ban them long and trust in the fact it will only make the server stronger.

You start off solo, you eventually make friends, you eventually join a guld/clan. You then achieve higher goals more efficiently with your guild/friends. Pugging BGs? Pugging Naxx? Sure you can have fun, but don't complain when others put the time in to do things more effectively. You are basically saying because theres a small percentage of people that play the game well, we should just get the fuck out and make way for the many because 'we win in a convincing fashion'? This is world of WARcraft. Not world of GURRELLAcraft. All classic MMOs were like this, and this is why we choose to play the classic version.

If you bothered to educate yourself on the situations you put yourself through, in game you would become better, instead of opening yet another hate thread on the forums 'antisocial behavior'? Ok...

Losing to premades in WSG/AB? Queue Mon-Wed when premades are honor capped. Or better yet make your own fucking premade and enjoy the best of what this game currently has to offer? Pre vs Pre is WAY more fun that Pug vs Pug.

Losing 1 in 3-5 AV games due to premade? (AV was released for like 3hours, of course bugs will occur), you get pissed off, point fingers at the player base you love to hate of course. The AV premades would have all hit exalted after another 1-2more hours of play, then you would have had all your fun 3hour pug games, finding new things to complain about, flaming GMs about archers, mass disconnects or people mass defending.

Its people like you that make retail wow what it is today, keep complaining and reporting. Soon you will realize vanilla wow isn't all fair game, and no matter how many actions the GMs take in your favor to make you happy it won't be enough, back to retail we go where the game suits our casual needs away from the nerds.

I don't think people have a problem with premades, it's the dodging that people seem to have issue with, and rightly so. If they would just allow people to queue as premades but make it so premades can only fight premades and pugs can only fight pugs then it would improve the server hugely!

So now we know which position the Nostalrius Team decided to take toward these commands and I feel like it is for the good of the majority of us : the community. Those banned people were wrong regarding what Nostalrius Begins truely wished and those banned people are obviously not allowed to play in this way weither they like it or not.

This is not Retail AND this is not Vanilla; the latter being dead with a context not reproducible and what we have is more like a bewitching but denatured sample of 10 years old.

If I was joining BGs everyday and had the misfortune of finding mouth breathing premades I'd be extremely disappointed. Listen little panda kid, i am succesful in life and it pretty much reflects how i can socialize with people in a mmorpg which is designed for that, and therefore make a group of diligent people to workout our objectives. On the other hand we have you QQing on the forum 24/7 being jelly for other´s accomplishments because you cant even add up 2 and 2 and get your shyt done.

This argument you make that people who complain about premakes are just getting rekt by their competition would be fine if this game was at all designed to be a competitive PVP game, it wasn't and most people do not think it is fun to play it that way. Not to say you should not play the game however you want, but when your niche way of playing the game totally ruins a major part of the game for a majority of players the server has a problem, and people will dislike you, the same reason they would dislike a roleplayer who rolls on items not for his class because he wants them for roleplaying.

People are playing the game the way Blizzard designed it, they're just optimising while the rest of the pop want to chill. If you want to stop the hardcore, then ban the guilds, ban premades and cap pvping, only one boss per dungeon per night etc. You can have a nice casual server then, unfortunately the majority that so despises the minority top guilds and pvpers will just follow them to the next server and cry about them there.

I'm guessing Nostalrius would survive amply without the major guilds, however as Blizzard found out it's those guilds that keep the community running while the casual players drop in and out or move on to the next best thing.
