As a Ret Paladin, I live off the salty tears of warriors crying because I won't heal them.

Almost every BG I get multiple whispers or bg-chat whiners crying about how I'm 'not playing my class right'.

I think the real question here is why are warriors such entitled little bitches, when the VAST majority of them aren't their 'proper spec (prot)' either?

There is a difference between you fighting another guy, both 15% hp and instead of giving you a quick heal, the feral stealths to the target and gives him the killing blow instead of throwing you a rejuv and both of you win the battle.

Yeah, the difference in a lot of cases is the fact that the warrior who needs the heal has been relentlessly sniveling and raging the entire BG about how hybrids should heal him so he can have fun. If this is what's happening, as a Ret paladin I will gleefully stand there with a full mana bar and watch him die, then deliberately heal everyone else EXCEPT him for the rest of the BG. Strongly suspect this might have something to do with the OP's perceptions of hybrids in BGs.

Zero problem helping people who are cool. Act like an entitled asshole, though, and you're on your own.

What's your in-game name so I can avoid grouping with you?

If you want healers with you, join alliance.

Lately I see so many BGs lost because alliance had holy paladins.

It's Diggot. His particular brand of "qq we loose cuz u all teh sux!! h3al me n00bs!1" is instantly recognizable in battlegrounds.

People forget that it's nice to work as a team but nobody is under any compulsion to do so.
