Yeah, this is the thing that's keeping me on the original server. As much as I hate PvP realms, the original server is going to have much higher population. And I've already got a month and a half of time invested into it, so...

If nost had released the PvE server about 2 months earlier, I would have gone there without a second thought.

My excitement for this PvE server turned to complete resent of Nostalrius within the time frame of a week. I don't understand their decision making. I can't tell if the Nostalrius staff is oblivious to common sense or if they are just too high on themselves to care. Either way this is a disaster, the forums will prove to be far more entertaining than actually playing their games.

Sounds like you know exactly how to run one of these projects. When can we expect your vanilla server to be released?

I may not know how to physically run a server. But I have no doubt that I and many other people that populate this forum could run a smoother, clearer and more logical server - as far as direction and features of the servers go.

If they are hiring I would be happy to help them out. I'll do it for free.

"Blizzlike" also had more than 2 servers for the entire population to play on. Your theory is flawed.

This ''much higher population'' doesn't bring me any joy or bonuses in fact its the complete opposite, on the other hand 2.5k is plenty and breathable.

Blizzard also didn't have a PVP server without a player limit, your point? its better to have a single server that's x3 its suppose population with no other alternatives? Don't tell me to go play somewhere else either, sadly any other opinion is quite underpopulated. See where I'm getting at here? its either play a server that's drowning in players or one that's barely or not alive. I welcome this 2.5k cap with open arms even if it means to wait some hours in queue.

My point is that Nost isn't "Blizzlike" so when people try to say the PvE cap is fine because they assume everyone wants a "blizzlike" experience it's a flimsy arguement. I'm not going to tell you where to go because I couldn't care less about what you do. However, when one server is overpopulated to the point of lag/delay/disconnects and the other has a queue full of multiboxers and frustrated players you're going to have some unhappy campers. As I said before whether I even play this game again I'll be sticking around to read these forums as sure source of entertainment for months to come.
