PvE server release date

If it's a matter of setting up hardware and such, I'm happy to wait. It sounds like part of the delay is because they want to make some hype videos or whatever though, which seems unnecessary. There's enough interest to launch right away with a solid pop, I don't want them to hype it so much that it guarantees a horrendous queue

Oh come ON! I'm one of the players who are waiting for a PvE server and have been for some time now (stopped playing on the PvP server a couple months ago). They released a statement on August 30th, saying that they would release more info in a few weeks. The waiting is hard for me too, but at least wait 3 weeks before you start to whine about it!

they said they give announcement about pve server release day, in few weeks, so thats 2 week and sunday is then when they possible announce release day. so couple days more you guys need to wait until hear big news

Ill say this, i bet the server wont come(they will come up with an excuse say they couldnt find enough gms etc or smthing) ..

If they wanted ... they could grabbed 4 gms of the pvp server for a while till there was enough gms to open the pve server and well the only reason why they are stalling is cuz of the video also (if they dont have that they wont release it either which makes me lol)

IMO they are waiting till the BWL release. That will lessen the chance people would reroll on the new server. I think once BWL is up and running smoothly, they will turn their focus to the PvE server launch.

Might aswell start on warmanes new server on the 25th .. (progressive wotlk server) which acualy is releasing with no donation items^^

Not necessarily. They said "a few", so that could mean anywhere from two to four or five weeks, or maybe more. They used an ambiguous number that would allow them as much wiggle room as possible. In other words, it will be announced when it is announced.
