Raid wide high level consumables aren't required to clear MC or BWL. If they haven't fixed it by later AQ40/Naxx maybe we'll see an issue there?

That's the concern because of things stay the course, it will be nigh impossible to regularly pop Elixirs, never mind Flasks.
