Instead of giving us premade v premade que and no multique and whatnot; why not just make it so that the chinese can't que into the other playerbase of the server. Let them afk in their own BG:s and make their honor not affect everyone else's standings.

This is not ban worthy, at least not on a first offence. However, if you're in a battleground, you should be, or at least be trying to make a meaningful contribution to the team. If you were doing dungeons or raids, and just standing about AFK, you would be removed. I feel like a warning would be good for first offenders, and for repeat offenders, a suspension, and so on. This kind of behavior definitely warrants some type of punishment. I consider it a form of griefing.
