Yeah, I knew I had to leave the guild when we repeatedly wiped on MC trash for 3 hours. Talzia proceeded to get really drunk on wine and yell at the whole guild in vent while simultaneously failing to mind vision baron geddon. I think she eventually started to cry in vent because of the repeated wiping. I get nagged enough by the other women in my life to put up with that bullshit. She had no control on the raid and commanded no respect.

I would have left the guild immediately upon hearing they actually require their priests to spec lightwell.

But looking at all this drama that may go on, and me my self having no experience at all at leading pve raids I'm not sure what to do. Its just that many people, including some from my own guild which I try to spread my own ideals, still value gear.

The idea of, for example doing a ZG raid with guild before heading to stormwind sounds attractive, but having to pick certain classes and specializations will make it harder to be any success at all.

If I was to make my guild do raids, I would literally pass on all loot that someone else would need, but perhaps prioritize gear for those who have highest ranks in my guild (participate in more world PvP raids). Not sure if its a good idea, just made a thought.

Yeah.

Find yourself an experienced Raid Leader. You lead PvP, he/she leads PvE.

The amount of sexism in this thread is disgusting. If you have a problem with someone, don't base it on their gender. It makes you look immature.

Being a female raid leader/GM does not mean they automatically command the same attributes as all the other screw up women in one's life. I agree this thread is somewhat entertaining but the story is old and over done. Some virgin nerd gets kicked from the guild and nerd rages on a forum about how he was wronged for all his hard work while he was there. Anytime someone starts a thread about criticizing a guild with "After I was kicked from Blacklisted...." usually turns into an entertaining post.
I was there when this Bow guy was crying at the mailbox in Iron Forge. I truly felt he wanted others to experience his hurt feelings. He wanted his turmoil to be turned into a rant about how the guild sucks instead of focusing on his own inadequacies. He obviously has been given a second chance to prove himself. Perhaps a third or fourth... I don't know. His crying and lashing out was not only childish but bordered on psychopathic behavior. Why must you try to hurt others because you screwed up? I not even questioning all your business that you made public but generally, if you are in a raiding guild they would like for you to raid with them. If you are not a team player then you would choose to go off and do your own thing, However, he chooses to go out of his way to incorporate a "scorched earth" policy of lashing out on dozens of players who enjoy raiding in the guild in which you try to discredit.
I have friends in Axiom who were kicked from my guild. I didn't want to them be kicked but it was not my call to make. Axiom gave them an opportunity in there guild and they proceeded to raid with them. I talk to them constantly and in between them flashing their new gear they continue to tell me they have fun their guild and enjoy the progression and have set goals for themselves striving like become a class leader. Somehow my friends chose to screw up in the guild I am, but proceeded to excel in Axiom. This pisses me off royally, and I said a few words to them about it. Moreover, if someone can tap into a person's full potential and make them a better raider and have fun doing it, then what does that say about the leadership and support there? I don't know anything about this guild other than what my friends tell me and if it works for them then I am sure it works for others. I don't see how starting drama and trying to discredit people who hurt you improves anything but thanks for giving everyone a "right to know" that you are hurt. That this private server needs to know you pain. I look forward for you to entertain me with your baggage in the future.
