Has the server so far been up to your expectations?

It's a great Vanilla experience so far. Best private server I've played on, possibly better than Retail.

honestly its really great, i was noob in the time, i actually love it, but sadly i decided to stop this afternoon because questing is a nightmare, and no hate about respawn time, its just that at everyspot i go, there is always minimum 10 persons and run like a chicken to hope get a tag is just a nightmare, make it impossible to lvl correctly atm(yeah i know im arrived 3-4 days after the launch and it killed me), i will be back later, because so far, its really great, im from US and the latency is like 150ms, really happy, you guys did a great job!

Meh, I'm disappointed in it. *feels the shit being thrown at him, get away kronos fanboy*. To those mentionning that, look up the archives and stfu.

It used to be great, scripting alright with quite great (although small) community as well, a few rotten apples that would just shut their mouth.
What I see now is a broken server. Loot tables are all over the place, "hunter" mobs aren't linked to their pet nor on the same spawn timer, stealth is broken (it was working on the 1st nostalrius, pretty sure), some quests are bugged (Arugal's folly had a nice welcome committee in the house, to say the least), and all the rotten apples seem to rule the server, without us being allowed to report anything (yes, It's not normal to be reading about "i fucked your mom last night" on /1 ). Also the devs not wanting to have a bug tracker is a pain in the ass, it just doesn't make me want to help the server because I will be doing the exact same report as the others, and no one will be able to complete the reports I made, so if I missed something or reported something wrongly, the devs have to check everything about it.

I'll still be playing here a few weeks to see how it goes, as I have (had?) faith...

TBH i was expecting close to no bugs but i found a few already so to answer. The hype did not meet my expectations. However, the server is better scripted than anyone else out there and will be awsome the minute we get a bugforum.

More bugs then I anticipated, but the population makes up for it big time.

They will need to get that bug tracker going and make sure they keep fixing bugs at the same speed.

Either way I think a lot of players will try Kronos too. I think both servers deserve a solid playerbase.

As long as feenix dies I'm happy.

Don't want to complain about it being too busy, because it's a good thing in the long run, but it's been fun and frustrating so far.

Great playing vanilla again, but waiting for mobs to spawn with another 15 people can be rather tedious lol. That's my only complaint though, and I'd rather it be packed like this, than quiet.

If they increased spawn rates, it would make me happier, but I can live with the way it is.

I really want to play, but I's not my thing to compete for mobs with 10 other players, so I don't really play right now. I check it every now and then, and I'll go all out on leveling when it's a bit better.
