You said you used some ancient WoW files.

Have you tried to download WoW client from the links given on the beginners section? Download it from there and see if it makes a difference. Maybe something in your current client is corrupted or modified in some way. It won't take more than 5-10 minutes to download as it's only like 5gb.

I used the torrent link and have 0 problems playing.

If you're the only one having this issue do you honestly believe it's on their end?

I've never played in a private server before Nost. I followed the new player guidelines, downloaded the current client, and have had zero issues. The same could be said by the 5000+ players that play on the server.

Im having the same issue my self, i noticed if i have 2 cilents opened and i relog everything returns to normal but a couple minutes later i am discounted. Some times it takes 10-30 seconds for my game to reconnect but their are times when i am forced to open another cilent and switch between them. But this problem occurs randomly and i cant understand what is causing it.
