noobs seriously 3.4 speed what a joke for paladin and that proc effects white hits only and thats if u can get enough up time on a target. noob paladins get this weapon

faster weapon speed= less soc proc. 3.8 is around 40% to proc and 3.4 would be around 36%. not sure on the exact numbers but its something like that
