All you would see is tanks not sucking and using Alcors instead of Quel´Sarrar or Crul'shorukh. If horde has aggroproblems and has to hold back DPS then I would investigate in that regard and kick the given tanks and replace them with players that know how to play an 11 year old game.

The only class that should even nearly have problems to minmax on hordeside is the warlock. And I have to see that they´re doing fairly well overall in their speedrun which means there seems to be not that much threat problems aka the Paladin doesn´t really impact the rest of the raid.
If the shaman in the meleegroup is too bad to totemtwist -> replace.
