The plan is to add a seperate TBC realm which you can choose to move your character to. This will delete it from the vanila realm, which should continue to run independently.

I really hope you guys instead copy the character, and not move from one realm to the other. If the original vanilla characters gets deleted this is going to hurt the the vanilla population very bad. Plus all the big progression guilds will most likely be moving to TBC, which will make it a lot harder to find raid groups in vanilla.

imo you shuold copy to tbc and leave character on vanilla then will be possible to play on two realm

I'm happy with the vanilla server. To be able to experience in its eventual entirety again (however cancerous lvling is) will be great to do, before TBC returns.
