This is called safe zone exploiting. If people doing this are level Skull it means they're having a "gee golly fun old time". However, if they are not and they actually get HK then their accounts should be banned. This is exploitative activity.

Dear Community,

The server opened one month ago, with more players than we could ever imagine.
The desire to be the best at all costs has caused some players to take advantage of our server, to appear better than others. Another thing has been that since the server population is so large, there are some individuals who seek to acquire real money from it. This leads to abuse we needed to sanction.

For information, in the past month:
* More than 1.500 accounts were banned (76 since this morning),
* 250 bots were spotted and banned,
* Over 25 exploits fixed.
Thus far, the server economy has been preserved from hacking, by reverting or deleting unauthorized money or items.

To make it more clear, this kind of attitude isn't acceptable.

If you used an exploit and haven't received a sanction *yet*, feel free to contact an administrator before the end of next week. After that date, Staff will assume that you used/are using exploits on purpose which is unacceptable and will lead to a permanent ban.

Please don't test us on this point.

it was revenge and not to farm. i also talked a gm about that b4 and he said that its not against the rules.
