Was Ninja'd by a feral druid tank. When asked about it he didnt respond just blocked me.

Bears name is Barra

Unless he was sitting on a Kaleidoscope that's one of the best necks he can get, so I don't understand how that's a ninja..
Ninja means that you take something you DON'T need, in this case he most certainly did. Unless you can provide a screen of what he was previously using, I see nothing wrong with him taking that neck.

Uhm, what don't you understand about the words 'need' and 'greed'? You want to sell the weapon, you greed roll. You want to equip it, you need roll. It doesn't get much simpler than this.

You need roll for an item and then you don't equip it: you're a ninja.

Kinuski ninja

by Mangle » Wed Mar 25, 2015 4:55 pm

Party. Auto-Noted on : Wednesday, 25 March 2015 15:43:13

Kinuski, lvl32, invited me outside SFK as healer.

A blue BoE dropped, a lvl23 melee needed it, Kinuski rolled need too. He took it for "payment" and refused to equip. Did not give a damn.

"You can leave if you don't like the situation" was his comment. He did not steal from me, but he is a ninja. His guild reported problems with him previously.

When this guy starts looking for a new guild, don't take him. He upsets people and they will come crying to your officers.

Be Cautious.

I am the Mortarion dude, and Scyll is a IRL friend.
Here is the post accusing us :

Anyway Scyll was NRing on BoE items in instance and I noticed one spamming in World to sell them. I asked him to equip and he said he no, that they were twink items worth bazillions of gold. Even after explaining that we can all sell them, NR means you're going to use, players still would not equip gear. Screenshot-ed is only conversation left after I had ported to Org.

Mortarion wasn't ninjaing loot, he just was aggressively defending his IRL friend's right to do so. said something about being "IRL friends" with the guy (same guild) and that because they were friends he's allowed to do it...

The topic explicitly ask for "screenshot evidence of the previously discussed loot rules" and I have to say that this part is missing.
Here is a screenshot of the drop (Shadowfang is not something you see everyday) :

You can see I said "Everyone need" because I thought that everyone know this weapon legend's and the tons of gold you can get selling it.
Things went very fast and some insta greeded / passed when they saw the sword icon.
I was on Skype with Scyll and decided to not roll on the weapon.
Scyll then said on /world "WTS Shadowfang" for fun just to see people reactions, and got plenty of wisps.
Then (far after the instance) he decided to give it to me as I have introduced him to Vanilla
At this moment we were not sure of what to do with this weapon because well, it's a f*ckin' Shadowfang !
Equip it for 5 levels or sell it for hundreds of gold ?
We assumed things were ok because I asked everyone to roll need.

Apparently it isn't, and I don't want to get anymore troubles.
I still have the weapon and I am ready to roll again this weapon with every party member.
The names are on my screen : be sure I will screen the rand when it will happen.
I will contact them soon to ask if they want to roll and will screen every discussion.

Loot rules must be stated at the beginning of a run, not after a weapon drops. If the weapon drops before you initiate loot rules, it falls under previous rules, which if none were specified are need/greed. Therefore if he rolled need on an item without equipping it and/or selling it, it is a ninja loot. Plain and simple. He took an item, mislead the group, and then planned to sell it.

How are you even trying to argue this?

No lol, BoE's are always able to be rolled on by everyone in the party unless everyone in the party agree's to let one person have it to equip. Get your head out of your ass.

And in this case you all roll greed. Because... you know... you're going to sell it. It's really not that hard. This is a clear ninja case, need roll and then sell. Plain and simple ninja.

I like how OP generalizes every guild. Good job on being objective. Making generalizations about an entire guild is simply stupid and ignorant. I don't care how many times people screwed you over in the past or whatever server you came from. You can't just generalize an entire guild.

I like what you're trying to do by calling out certain players and holding them accountable, but generalizing an entire guild? This just seems like a huge troll right now.

Lost all respect and credibility.

Good luck in the future.
